SHINING STARZ DANCE CENTER COMPETITION TEAM INFORMATION
Our Competition Team is for dancers who love to dance, enjoy performing, and are excited to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This program is perfect for students who are ready to challenge themselves and commit to extra rehearsals and practice while having fun along the way.
Team members not only improve their technique but also learn important life skills like working toward personal goals, collaborating with teammates, staying dedicated, and managing their time. Along the way, they are guided by positive role models and supported by a community of dancers who encourage each other to shine.
The Competition Team offers a rewarding, uplifting experience where dancers build confidence, develop friendships, and celebrate their growth both on and off the stage.
Purpose:
The purpose of the Shining Starz Competition Team is to provide students with an opportunity beyond their recreation classes, to participate in an activity and develop sportsmanship, character and competitiveness. Participation on the Competition Team is a privilege, not a right. As a member of the Competition Team you represent Shining Starz Dance Center; your conduct and actions in the class, on the dance floor, and in the community should not deviate from the regulations and code of conduct set forth in our Conduct Rules. Team members must show determination, dedication, and desire to be a productive member of this team.
